how are you giving them out? leaving them on the tables? as people walk out? i was thinking of putting labels on them as seating cards to ensure that every couple gets one and that they recieve them in the beginning and not leave with out them. has anyone else done this?
Ok, this has been a big debate with my mother and I lately. Originally, I was going to hang my placecards from the neck of the wine bottle, but now I don't want all those big bottles of wine on the table, especially because our hall keeps bottles of wine for drinking on each table, so I was thinking instead of having the bottles set up on a table right as the guests leave the mansion where they can take one. I will leave a little sign with a saying or have a staff person hand them out. I just don't want them all on the tables. This is a rough idea of what we were going to do. now we are going to have the placecards hanging from a tree.

i think as of now, im going to leave them as place cards as well, but, i want to put them all out on a table and see how it looks first. when are you going to start buying the wine. i kind of want to get prices and buy them already but i dont know if it is too soon
