Is anyone not doing crowns for them? I am on the fence as to if I want my flowergirl to have one or not.

I wanted to do a floral headpiece too, one with real flowers not silk ones.

Re: For those having flower girls........
I'm not doing a crown or tiara for her .. she might be only 3 years old, but she already said she does NOT like them! Princess she is NOT
I'm going to have her wear either a single flower in her hair, or some pretty bows or ribbons that match the color of her dress (lavender)

Re: For those having flower girls........
The choice is yours really.
My MOH didn't want her FG to wear a tiara because she felt the bride should be the only princess for the day.
I just think that the flowers are cuter.

Re: For those having flower girls........
No tiara, no crown of flowers and certainly no veil.
They're most likely going to wear a little sparkly clip. Their mom & I want them to look like the little girls that they are - not a mini-bride.

That is pretty much how I feel!!! I never even thought about a crown until I saw them advertised.

I think a flowergirl wearing a veil makes them look like a child bride..... Ours are wearing flower headbands.

Re: For those having flower girls........
Well, considering my FSIL cuts my FG's hair like the Dutch Boy, I may have to give her a tiara so people know she's not a little boy! (sorry, that was mean of me, but it's so true!)
