For those leaving on your HM within 2-3 days after your wedding...

For those leaving on your HM within 2-3 days after your wedding...

What are you doing the those days in between your wedding and your honeymoon. Our wedding in on a Friday and we are leaving Sunday for our HM. I am wondering what we should do. Should we do some post wedding work such as write thank you notes or just hang out and relax?

Our wedding is Sat and we are leaving for our HM on Monday..I'm thinking we will probably finish packing! and Probably open the cards

My wedding is on Saturday and we are leaving Monday for our HM. On Sunday, I think we will relax and go visit our parents.

We are getting married on Friday and leaving for HM on Sunday too
Saturday we are going shopping
(my shopping was cut off till after the wedding)
and then we are having our family's over for dinner and to relax

Our Wedding is Friday and we are leaving for the Honeymoon on Sunday night. We will deposit the checks, finish packing, maybe visit family, see pictures, settle in and relax

We were married on a Sunday and left on a Tuesday. The day was spent visiting with family, returning tuxes, trip to the bank, packing, etc.

Same here... just different days - leaving Mon, wed Sat.

Our wedding is on a Sunday and we are planning to leave for the honeymoon on a Tuesday.

In the meanwhile we plan on having breakfast with friends before they leave to go back to Buffalo. I guess we'll spennd the rest of our time signing (for deposit only) our checks, putting away cash and just packing and spending time together.

My wedding is on a Friday, and we leave for our HM on Monday. We will be spending most of the weekend moving me into my FH's apartment in the city.

My wedding is on a Friday and we are leaving on Sunday and so on Saturday we will pack, deposit the gifts and take the dog to the boarding place. (oh... and celebrate our 1st day of marriage)

Our wedding is a Sat. We're leaving on Monday morning. Sunday morning my parents are hosting breakfast at the hotel for all the people who stay. We'll probably just go back to the apartment and get last minute things ready for the next morning. I'll probably open our gifts and FH will probably be packing because G-d forbid he packs before the wedding

Wedding Saturday night, probably get to hotel about 1:30 am, sunday am, sleep late, go home (we already live togehter) open cards, finish packing. If I know our families we'll have lots of company, but mainly we'll relax relax relax.

I was thinking of having a day after brunch. Not sure if it would be too difficult to organize.

We are having our wedding on a Friday night and Saturday we are having a brunch for family and out of town people and then relaxing and leaving sunday for our HM. And going to the bank and finish packing.

Our was on a Sat and we left on a Monday...

We were still totally swamped with stuff between what we let go in the confusion before the wedding, needing to pack for HM, and preparing our pets for while we were gone. In addition to visiting some out-of-town family...

We didn't have a free second to truly relax until we landed in Hawaii...

My wedding in on a friday and we're leaving Sunday as well. We plan on relaxing, going to the bank, last minute trip preparation.. also drop off table cameras

We are getting married on Saturday and leaving early am on Monday. Sunday will be spent saying goodbye to out of town guests and packing.

Getting married sunday, leaving Wed. for HM, will spend time with family who traveled from out of country and tye up ends/errands from after the wedding and probably pack up.
