If your card folds in half, I put it on the inside bottom corner in really small print.

I also did the numbers in pencil on the inside envelope. No one even noticed.

Why do people number the response cards?

Re: For those numbering the response cards
we also did ours in pencil on the inside of the envelope. Our cards were vellum so, even if you wrote really lighty, you could still see the number on through it.

Re: For those numbering the response cards
same- in pencil on a corner (when the time comes)
Sunny- b/c some people do not write their names on the cards- you'll need to know who's responding - hard to believe, but it's true!!!

Re: For those numbering the response cards
Same as alina - - in pencil so it doesn't show through the envelope.

Re: For those numbering the response cards
Mine were folded - I put mine on the back up by the crease. You'd be surprised to learn that some people just send the card back without writing their names, just whether they're coming or not.
I must say, planning my wedding will make me a much better RSVPer (is that a word??)
