For those of us getting married after 2/29...

Not that I just realized that next year was a leap year but for some reason I just put 2 and 2 together and realized that our 'year' is actually a year and a day!

So in all reality I am getting married 1 year from yesterday...

Happy 1 year until your big day!

And some of us are freaks enough to get married 2/29!

I asked FH if he wanted to get married on the 29th, but then I realized that I would be making the remembering of the day easy on him!

I love that you are getting married that day!! That should be a great time!

hahaha yes it is a leap year! I was thinking about this the other day. :)

We'll celebrate March 1st and then in leap years we plan on going on a BIG vacation. If's fun, unique, and a bit crazy (just like we are)!

I'm getting married 2/29 as well.

Seriously, the next person who jokes to me about how FH only has to remember only every 4 years is going to get a fork in their eye!!! (He DOES have to remember!!!!!) EVERY vendor, wedding show, registry, dress appt. I've been to they all say the same thing......that and 'are you planning to cover your tattoos?' I hate that question too.....

But I guess I asked for it.......

I hope I didn't offend you! He actually said something to me about only having to remember every 4 years, and I wasn't letting him off the hook!

I think February 29th is an awesome date, and certainly is unique. If people want to get married on that day they have to wait for it!!

I TOTALLY WOULD HAVE PICKED THAT DAY! I wanted a spring wedding so we went for April but if we did winter it would have definately been that day....

2/29 is Sadie Hawkins day and supposedly its the day where women can ask men to marry them....its too bizarre to make up...but I could be wrong...that's jsut what I heard....consider the source
