Re: for those of you on ww
Try eating something with protein, some cheese, a yogurt, hard boiled egg, etc. It will probably fill you up a bit more than the bready, or diet type snacks.

Re: for those of you on ww
22 almonds are like 2 points. Or a granola bar? Trail mix?
What about a 2 points bar they sell at the meetings or online? They are handy.
My friend buys these peanut butter and jelly snacks that are in a bread shell and individually wrapped- I think they are either 3 or 4 points.

Re: for those of you on ww
If you try to eat something w/ more substance you'll feel full longer - Fruit doesn't do anything for me either when i'm HUNGRY !! I usually try a whole wheat Pita, or a slice of whole wheat bread w/ PB or one slice of cheese. -

Re: for those of you on ww
I just made the 1 point per cup Bell pepper and tomoato soup and decided to have some for breakfast (and to see how it tasted). OMG it's really good! And 1 point a cup that's not bad at all! Maybe have 1 point worth of crackers and that's a nice snack.
