1) where did you go? 2) did you enjoy and would you do it again?
Trying to decide if we should go on one for our honeymoon.

Re: For those of you that have gone on cruises...
Sorry ladies, just saw your questions.
Our cruise is 10 days Nov 3 - Nov 13.
It docks from Honolulu and goes to: KONA, FANNING ISLAND (the NCL private island - you need a passport), KAUAI, MAUI HILO. Plus 4 of the days are at sea. (We wanted a few sleep-in days.)
The nice part about cruises is that they have all the shore excursions planned and you just choose which ones you want. So we're doing a historic tour one day, a beach the next and snorkeling another.
As far as the prices go, we decided to splurge a little on the cruise room, so we got an owner's suite for around $6,000. (FH's parents gave us their Frequent Flyer miles and paid for the hotel for the 3 days before so the cruise is all we are paying for and we also registered the HM.) But I think interior rooms start around $1000.
If I had to make one recommendation to any cruisers it would be to spend the extra $$ and get a balcony. Even though you don't spend that much time in your room it makes a world of difference.
Anything I missed?

I agree. that was my one condition for goign on a cruise & the regular rooms w/ balconies were booked, so we splurged on a jr suite. FH didn't think twice about it. He would have preffered to book earlier & get the less $ room with a balcony, but he knew we were definitely getting a balcony !

We went on two.
Carnival Imagination.... 5 days, stopped in Grand Cayman and Ochos Rios.
Carnival Conquest... 7 days, stopped in Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Montego Bay.
Both were SOOOOOOOOO much fun-- Conquest was a LOT newer ship but there were things from the older smaller ship that we missed... So much food, lots of fun and tons of things to do! We MIGHT go on one for our HM... the only thing that is stopping us is that we are supposed to go on another one with our friends next year... so we'd be going on two within about 3 months of each other. Not sure.
Definetly a great idea though!!

We're thinking of going on the Costa Mediterranea on a western caribbean cruise. Still haven't set my mind on anything. There are so many choices.

I just came back from a cruise on sun. It was SOOOOO much fun. We went on a Carnival cruise. It was a 7 day cruise on the ship the Destiny. We left from San Juan and we sailed to St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados an Aruba. It was my 6th time cruising but my FH's 1st time; he loved it as well. We are thinking about doing one for our honeymoon.
