They are the worst airline, Im surprised they are allowed to exist as an airline

They are in FI's terminal and he said the reps are really snooty and a pain to deal with. He said when he has to work the Alitalia check points he asks his supervisor if he can work in the basement because he just cant stand the reps

i used them when i went abroad 5 years ago and they STUNK!
there was a literal SMOKING section in the back of the plane! and they served maaaybe one warm soda.
yech, i agree, do not use them!!

im getting married in italy, have already been there 2x both times on alitalia, they are definitely not known for courtesy or service. do tell more!!

we used them for our Hm I should have known better but, anyway.

We landed in Rome at 10 am on tuesday fine but we didnt arrive in Naples our final destination until 2am on tuesday.

Naples is only 2hrs away from Rome it cost us out of our own pocket an extra one thousand dollars to get to Naples.

they are RETARDED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I have to fight them to get reimbursed
We paid for a private taxi to get us to Naples and them had to pay for a private boat to get us to Capri because when we finally got to Naples all the hydrofoils stopped running after 10 pm

Coming home the flight was delayed 2 hrs, god only knows why. It was really pathetic, anyway.

Horrible!!!! MY FIL's luggages were lost then when returned to him there were alot of things stolen.

OMG they sound so horrible. I have heard horror stories from FI about the customer service and the reps he deals with at the terminal and I could just image what beyond the customer service counter must be like.
