For those of you who have gotten make-overs in Manhattan

Which place would you say you really liked? I have been to two of the MAC stores recently for makeovers and looking for any others. I can't spend too much money, this is for my e-party. Thanks for any suggestions!

Everyone tells me about these makeup applications that the counters will do but i have never ever been treated to so much as a mascara application (no less a full face) by those counter no matter what i buy. I dont know what im doing wrong but they always seem 10x too busy to give any personal attention.

That said - i love bobby brown makeup. Its a fortune but its beautiful on!

I have gone to two of the MAC stores. I scheduled an appoitment and they do a 40 minute make-over for you! I feel the same way about the counters! The good thing about the MAC stores was they did not try to force any of their products on me (which wouldn't have mattered cause I love their products anyway). I just didn't feel any pressure from them! You are better off going to the individual stores!

You may want to try Sephora. I have seen them doing makeovers there.

I think I recommended her to you before but try my make-up artist Maureen Pedala - she is on 33rd and 2nd. She's great!
