For those of you who have successfully used the votive placecards.....

What did you use to stick the vellum to the glass votive holder??? Anything I can think of is just going to melt or come undone once it gets hot...any suggestions???

What kind of tape??? Was it double-sided..the tape didn't unstick when lit?
