We're not going for our HM because we went last year before we got engaged...

We went via United with a layover in San Francisco. It was great b/c the United flights from NYC to SFO all have premium seating (extra space, tv's etc). Then my FH and I paid to upgrade our seats from San Fran to Oahu (I think it was $80 total or $80 each). It wasn't first class, more like business class, but it was way more comfy and worth the $.
