I'm having such a hard time with this and I need to finalize my registry. I have the DC25 on it but then I read reviews and I hear that it's not as great as it cracked up to be. Could you recommend what you ladies have or have registered for? I also have a yellow lab.

We registered for the DC24 and just got it so I haven't even had time to use it. I know that FH's family has the animal one and it is awesome so we registered for the ball slim one and it seems really sleek. I really like that it can go under chairs and **** because it tilts. It was about 400 but I put it on the registry with the intention of us buying it with the 10% off. I never thought that anyone would get that for us but all of FH's college friends chipped in and got it for us.

The DC25 is the sister to yours. We had the DC15 but it was discontinued (so they say). I do like the animal vacuum but that's just way to much money for a vacuum. My sister has one and she does like it but said it's difficult to manouver and I think her husband said that the suction isn't like it used to be.

I had heard about the Bissel Healthy Home Upright bagless vacuum. It's suppose to have good ratings. If you ladies have a vacuum on your registry are you hoping that someone buys it or did you put it on there to get a discount after the fact.

This prob shouldnt be the only vacuum but my friend has the roomba and it is so cool a s like an 'in between' cleaning vacuum...she lets it run while shes doing other stuff...I def recc putting it on the registry as an extra

i have to say the best vacuum i've ever owned is the Orek vacuum. it is so light and so powerful!

We registered for the Dyson Slim Vac Ball -- and someone got it for us
I haven't used it yet BUT we registered for it at BBB and the person was able to use the 20% coupon on it.
Elextrulux and Miele are supposed to be really good!

I don't mean to brag but my vacuum is the sh!t. It's a little pricey but well worth it. It's the Electrolux Twin Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner
I have the Dyson (the yellow one) and I love it!!! My mom has the dyson animal, i don't see a difference in either!! all I know is its the BEST!!

I didn't put it on my registry- DH got it for me. But we have a dyson and we love it!!! it s*cks up everything!

There we have it the dyson it is. My aunt was going to buy it for us and then offered us to choose between cash and the vacuum this morning and now I don't know what to do. She's offering the cash just incase FH and I decide to get a house but then I was thinking I'll need to buy a vacuum. Decisions Decisions
