For those that are dealing with Lestans or have Moonlight dresses....
You all know the problems I have had with them and my dress.....
Well I was looking at pics that were taken THE DAY AFTER MY DRESS CAME IN. And the same problem that existed then is what exists now. So apparently it was not the salon, but actually the designer's fault. The problem is, from what Lestans relayed to me from the designer is that they don't take responsibility anytime after 7 days that it reaches the store. Which I think is BS on their part.
So technically, Lestan is not at fault here. And I will now have to take it up with the designer.
So ladies, do not worry, just stay on top of them and if you have a Moonlight gown DO NOT ORDER A HOLLOW TO HEM!!! Let a professional seamstress handle things to shorten the gown.
I know this does not excuse Lestan's shoddy customer service, but just want to let you know that as far as the dress itself is concerned, do not worry.
