Can you share how much you are paying per person, what does that include, what time of year and where are you hosting your reception?

TIA!!

I don't kow how much but AugOFCbride had hers at Old Field Club in Setauket. My hall has a room for under 75 people but not sure if the price differed

Im having mine at Brentwood Country club... I have 75 people....
I get EVERYTHING!!!!
Full open bar the entire party...
Cocktail hour with TONS of food
Reception
DJ for CH/Recpetion
Florist:
10 CP, 1 bridal bo-k, MOH bo-k, 4 BM bo-k, Flowergirl basket, throw away Bo-k, all bouts and corsages....
Videographer
Photographer: (you get alot of stuff with him!)
Limos (2 6 pass or 1 12 pass.. 3 hours each)

Im on a Sunday afternoon and its 8995

Plus 500 since Im having the ceremony there....
Of course there is 15% service charge and 8.625% tax...

All together we are only paying 11,000
Which is amazing for everything you get!!!

I suggest checking out their website at
www.bccli.com

you can view their menu of everything you will get and all the vendors (which I think are all phenomenal!!!!)

HTH!

we're having about 75 poeple. i looked at milleridge carriage house, stewart manor cc, and douglaston manor. i think i am going w/ douglaston manor...it's 85pp.

If you're having much less than 75, you might be able to have it in a restaurant.

don't know if your heart is set on Long Island but we saw a ton of amazing places in Manhattan that woluld accomodate just about this size... Beekman Hotel (outdoor terrace with tables surrounding an art deco piano bar indoors?) comes to mind...

Oops, BTW after the 75 its 55 per person....
And they lower it 1000 since we werent having 100...
So say you had 50, they could work with you on the price as well Im sure...
But I do HIGHLY recommend them!

If you know any members of private country clubs that could sponsor her, then that is a great option. They typically have rooms that accomodate smaller parties. thats what chose!
