For those that have been to Italy...

FH and I were thinking about taking a cooking class while in Tuscany for our Honeymoon. Has anyone done this before? I found one that looks pretty interesting on line from Good Tastes of Tuscany . Has anyone heard of them or have any recommendations on others?
