For those that weigh themselves at the gym , home,or elsewhere, do you subtract weight from the total? I usually subtract 3 pounds at the gym. I don't know if that is accurate to subtract or if I should be doing that at all. I just want to be as accurate as I can without being discouraged. Any thoughts?

Re: For those that 'weigh in'
I wouldn't subtract any weight unless i was wearing heavy clothes. When i go to Weight Watchers to get weighed in, i wear the lightest clothes I have!
