For those that work in HR.........

What do you do? What kind of company? Do you like it?

I am the HR Manager for a small company (new position with the company but I have been with the company for 4 1/2 yrs) and I am starting to feel as if this isn't for me. I am just not sure if it is me or the company yet. I feel like I am stuck in a rut.
