For those wearing a strapless dress...

what type of undergarments are you wearing? Sorry to be personal, I have NEVER worn anything strapless, and I am concerned about what to wear under my dress. I dont want any boning to show through etc...

My dress is a corsette back so I am having cups sewn into my dress.

I also never wore anything strapless but I had a Maggie corset dress and the best thing after trying all types of under garmets was to wear NOTHING at all. I thought it would never work but it was great. I was corsetted in and never fell out and it was very comfortable. Try that it might work.

In that case Christy since you don't have a corset dress, Jenn is right, do it at your first fitting. That is when they will try everything and see what is best. I had a bra for my first fitting and it did not look right so they tried others etc.

Abc-the only reason i'm wearing something under my Maggie corsette dress is to enhance my 'you know what's'!! I wanted a little cleavage w/ that type of dress

Are the corsets for under the dresses comfortable? I am not sure what I will wear, wedding is in August so I am thinking of having cups sewn into the dress.

I bought my corsette from a place in E. Meadow. I can't remember the name at the moment. Their is not boning that will show through your dress and they custom fit it to your body.They are great.
