We want to start looking soon. Our ideal location would be Massapequa, Seaford, Merrick, Bellmore or Wantagh but I think we will consider anything within a half hour of Wantagh because that is where FH's son lives.

more like Ronkonkoma, Centereach, Selden, Farmingville. some areas in Patchogue.

Me too but Im trying to stick as West as possible so no centereach for me.... I work in huntington so I dont want to extend my drive

actually, Islip isn't too too badly priced in certain areas. and some of Bay Shore is Islip schools...so that might be an option if you work in Huntington.

One of the gilrs I work with just got married and bought a house in Ronkonkoma for only $300,000. You should definitely try to look out there!

I'm in Valley Stream (in my mom's house...not my own :( ) One of the houses up the block from me is for sale....and they're only asking $600,000 for a cape I don't think they'll get it but that's so insane!!!

We just found our house in Massapequa Park!!! Should be in contract within the next few weeks!!! We started looking in Bellmore/Merrick too, but the prices are crazy for what you are actually getting!

I live in lake ronkonkoma, sachem school district not connetquot and there are SOOOO many nice houses for sal by me right now that are reasonable (as you can get right now) but unfortunately FH and I arent ready to purchase just yet
