For those who are not going straight to their honeymoon

on the night of: I am planning on booking a bridal suite that night at a hotel. My Question is should I be booking it closer to home or close to the reception hall? The hall is in Franklin Square and I live in Babylon. My reception is in the afternoon. I guess I better book a hotel close to the house so we can get home easier the next day... what did you girls do?

We booked the bridal suite where the guests are staying because the Holiday Inn Express offers a large breakfast in the dining room to all guests and FH and I want to be able to see our guests in the morning after the wedding to say our final thank you's and good byes. Our reception ends at 6pm, so we'll have all evening to be alone and get enough rest that night.

I am staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow the night before and we are staying there the night of our wedding. I figured its right next door, so what the heck. I dont live too far away from there though, so if you are concerned that its going to be a long ride, try to find something closer to your house, maybe even huntington hilton or the wind watch....

I need to book a group of rooms at a hotel near my house anyway, the night before so I can also book a group of rooms off for the evening of and inquire about BF and maybe the hotel will offer a Bridal suite being that I would be giving them good business?
