did you get your alterations done there too? not sure what to do?

My cousin got her wedding gown there...And my girls got their BM dresses there...Everyone went to an outside source for alterations.

I didn't get them there, but onw of the girls that work there did them for me on the side. I told her how everybody complains about their alterations and she said is b/c they have almost nobody working there. The summers are crazy she said.

Do you rec anyone? the place I got the girls dresses, I just heard they got sued by a bride dont know all the details yet have to speak directly to the person that knows- could be bolony too who knows, that they messed up a brides dress during alterations and they got sued, just found out lastnight and ordered the dresses for the girls like a month ago. so now Im sooooo confused was gonna have them do the alterations on my gown too. but afraid now cause i didnt buy the gown from them that if they mess it up its my problem,

My MOH got her wedding dress at David's and had the alterations done there (the store she went to was in NJ). She had nothing but positive things to say about the experience.

I got my gown there, but I took it to another place to be altered. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the alterations there.

Yes, I did. I used the store in Sunnyside and they did a great job.

i got my dress there.. nothing but good things to say, i got my dress within 11 days. all i need to do for alterations is my bussle (sp). i waw thinkging that i might do it at davids bridal.. i figured since they all know the dressess so they should be able to alter the dress correctly.. that was my thought.

I got my dress at David's, nothing but bad things to say. I had my alterations done by a wonderful private seamstress, and they were perfect. If you want her contact info you can FM me.

I got my dress at Davids, I'm having my alterations done by a private seamstress...Davids made me too nervous.
