For those who brought aisle runners to the church...
what did you use to tape it down? My church has slate tile and I don't think double sided tape will come off of the tile. What else could be used so it doesn't slip or bunch up??

the limo driver put our custom aisle runner down with either masking tape, or white painters tape, or some kind of clear packing tape lol...i really didnt notice.

ooohhh...maybe clear packing tape? I guess you wouldn't notice the tape on top of the runner right? Hmmm...

our limo driver put it down too. I have no idea what they used since i wasnt there but they do it all the time so they knew how to handle it.

Yeah...my pastor said he doesn't want the limo driver doing it bc he thinks it's tacky to have him running in and putting it down when the guests are there.

at weddings i've been to in the past, i usually see a long strip of white tape going across it. Not too badly noticeable, considering that the runner itself is also whitel. I only noticed because I was sitting up close & personal to it.
for me - the limo driver is providing that. I have no idea how he plans to take care of it. Whatever he does, i'm sure it'll be fine.
