For those who cant sleep the week before their wedding...I found a nice cure!!!

I have been having problems sleeping, I wake up in the middle of the night stressing about all of the things that need to be done..Its CRAZY..I tried having a few glasses of wine before bed, that would usually do the trick but no such luck..i would still lay awake staring at the walls and listening to fh make all kinds of snoring sounds..it wsa awfull....ANYHOW>.I bought tylenol simply sleep and it WORKS..it knocked me right out, I still would wake up, but then Id go right back to sleep and when i sleep, its a nice good sleep, a deep sleep..so I really recommend it for those who get stressed like I do and who cant sleep. Im going to definately take them the night before the wedding to be sure I get enough sleep!!! YEA!!!!

Thanks I know im gunna need it!! I still have awhile to go and I already stress in the middle of the night!

That is a great idea, i remember stressing over final exams and could not get any rest. I would just pop a pain reliver pill (drowsy) and I would be out.....in less then 30 minutes. Thanks for the tip. I wrote it down, so I won't forget!!!!

Thanks for the advice. I am suffering from insomnia as we speak (and my wedding is 8 months away). I actually just took some NYQUIL.

I'm also a big fan of 'Simply Sleep' by Tylenol!

I always use melatonin(sp?). I take 2 and don't wake until the morning. I also like it because it does not make me feel groggy in the morning.
