I read the old posts about winsor pilates. Do you all still do the tapes? Is it still working for you? I saw the infomercial and now I am tempted to buy the tapes. Are the results really good?

I think I'm one who swore by winsor pilates when this board started. I can honestly tell you that since my wedding planning has gone full force I have not done them in months! I did enjoy them a lot though... maybe someone else who's actually still using them can speak better of them.
I did enjoy them. If you like stretching/strength exercises then you'll like them. It reminds me of yoga a bit. And the repititions are minimal. I should get back into them!

Since Ive joined Curves I dont do them as much as I used to. BUT when I do do them I FEEL THE BURN. If you get them stick to them. They are easy and they work.
