For those who do yoga or pilates

Can you reccomend a program for me (preferably maybe a tape I could use)? I am looking for something suitable for a beginner!!! Thanks ladies for any suggestions!!

I would reccommend the Windsor Pilates tape/dvds. I have them and do them from time to time and whats great about them is you really feel the burn!! If you do a google search the website should come up...but a few months ago I also saw them on sale at Target.

also Pilates For Dummies- i kind of like this one even better than Winsor and it is only $11 on amazon.com!
