What type of chicken did you serve or are you going to serve?

The Coral House has this amazing Chicken-

Breast of Chicken in a Pommery Mustard Cream Sauce. It is sooo yummy. I cannot wait to taste it.

I had a fancier version of chicken parm. I figured it was a safety dinner for people to order if they wernen't too adventurous for the beef wellington of chilean sea bass (which at the time was still politically correct to serve! )

We did the mustard chicken at the Coral House. It is soooo good. So many people raved about it!

We had Champagne Chicken .... a fancy picatta. Chicken eaters usually are those who are looking for something light or those on diet restrictions.

I was told to keep it simple ... everyone loved it!

We had a chicken breast stuffed with Apples and Sage. Everyone raved about it! The other choices were Filet Mignon in a Cabernet Sauce with Onions and Chilean Sea Bass.
