For those who live in Bayside....

I am looking for good Chinese food...a place that delivers. I have lived in the area for a while but can't find a good delivery place.

i dont really eat chinese - My dad orders form a place on Bell and 47th him and the lady (Amy) are on a 1st name basis so I dont really know the name of the place.
Do you order from Jackson Hole?

We order from Jackson Hole quite a bit. They are usually pretty fast too.

I grew up in Bayside and am there frequently.
My Dad, and Best friend live there, and I want to move there after the wedding.

I love Jackson Holes grilled chicken salad with the avacados - how awesome?

I wish Fontana Delivered - Do you guys go there?

When i lived in baysdie there was a place on Bell btween 77th and 79th that was pretty good.. i can not rememeber the name of it for the life of me. I love Jackson hole so does Dh he makes me go everytime we asre going to LI for dinner....

I haven't been to Erawan yet but I heard only outstanding reviews.

The owners of Erawan & Pappazzio (my favorite restaurant on Bell) opened a new restaurant on 39th Avenue where the movie theatre was. I want to try there - I think it has more of a continental menu though.

I lived in Bayside for 5 years...but not on Bell...I lived right by Cafe on the Green next to the Clearview Golf Course. As for Chinese...there is a place in the Baybride Commons (where the 7-11 is) and I thought there food was great...Good Chow Fun!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Erawan...FI and I went there when it was brand new and was empty...now we can't get in without a reservation.

Fontanas has great food too....what a gold mine....YES they should deliver.

Papazzios....YUM YUM YUM....

The new restaurant on 39th st is an Asian Fusion type restaurant...I can't wait to try it.

Jackson hole salads are great...but most of their other food is a little too greesy for me.

Sushi Nara....the BEST Sushi around in my opinion....

Vesuvios has great food too...and great prices....but my favorite pizza is VIPizza!!

I am getting so hungry....but I need chinese.....you would think in this area we wouldnt have a problem finding chinese.

The place in Bay Terrace is TO FU....Japanese and chinese mix...I am not a fan.

Off the food topic but has anyone been to the Yoga/Pilates studio on 40th and Bell...its called a Women's Place?

I have been wanted to try it out...I am new to yoga and pilates so wanted to see if anyone has had any experiences there.

when we lived in North flushing (very close to bayside)

DH LOVED LOVED LOVED Hsung He (?) it was on the corner of Crocheron (which is 35th) and 164th - right next to the broadway train station

he used to order from there 1x a week...

don't know how far they go though

Also Maria's on Bell and 44th (I think) next to Farrells it is a little hole in the wall but I swear it is the best Italian ever!

I second Amy's for delivery. Also depending on where you live in Bayside, King Chef in Whitestone Shopping center is good tooand they deliver. Evergreen on Francis Lewis is also worth the trip, since they don't deliver.

There's a place in the Whitestone Shopping Center..I think it's called King Chef..their food is really good.

FH's family always orders from Jade Fountain and they're good also.

I agree with firegal - try Keilly on Utopia Parkway. Really really delicious and you can see them cooking to food, the place is clean. Mmmm. I use to live in the area and I havent found a new Chinese place that I love near our house yet.
