For those who ordered BM dresses through Netbride....

I haven't even started looking for dresses (besides online) but I think I might order them through netbride because I really love watters and watters gowns and i do not want my girls paying hundreds of dollars for them. i only have three girls so it shouldn't be that compliated. just wondering if people who ordered BM dresses this way were pleased. also, how did you make sure you got the exact measurements? and how are they as far as customer service--can you call them if you have a question or if you have to change something or it's all through email? Are they quick about getting back to you? Thank you! sorry this is so long!

I placed my order with them and they were great to work with...If I had any questions I was able to call them, but I mainly did everything thru email. The girls should get measured from a seamstress, so that they dont mess up on their own....I dont think you can return or make exchanges...but if they go by the size chart they shouldnt have a problem.

I would definitely do it because you will save money...

I also got my FG dress from them, that came within 3 weeks and the BM's were right on time or maybe a little bit early than they said..

I ordered my BM dresses from there as well. The service and response time was great. I dealt with them through email. As for sizes, I had my girls get measured but told them to order one size up for safety reasons (since you can't return or exchange). You figure they will still have to alter the dress even if they get their exact size.
