For those who took the NYS Teaching Certification exam

For those who took the NYS Teaching Certification exam

Any pointers?? I am using the study guide.. I have heard from friends that it really is not that bad. I am scheduled to take it 7/17.

they arent bad at all... to be honest, I passed both tests the same day and I never took a teaching class in my life..lol. I have a degree in psychology, thought about doing teaching though. I just used the practice book.

I also took them both the same day and passed. You'll do fine. Just relax and don't be nervous!

Same here.. I have my B.S. in Human Services and Psychology. What are you doing now? I have gone for my fingerprints and can teach common branch. I have some education classes from undergrad, but need to take a few more... then start my M.S.
