For those who wake up at a different time than DH/FH/etc....
Do you have separate alarm clocks or does the person who has to get up first reset the alarm? I start back at work tomorrow and I wake up at 6, but JT's schedule changes weekly. Sometimes he has to wake up at 3am, and sometimes he works overnights and sleeps all day until the afternoon. I do not feel like I trust him to reset the alarm when he gets up at 3am, nor do I trust myself to reset the alarm when I get up before him. So I think I'm going to get another alarm clock for myself. What do you all do?

See. This is SOO me. I always am rushing in the morning and I KNOW I will forget to set his alarm. And really, at 3am, who the hell would think to reset my alarm?

We each have dual alamr clocks because neither of us is very good at getting up in the morning. DH sets his for 5am and 515am (I sleep through it about 99% of the time) and then I set mine.

No, I swear, I HATE to reset the clocks TOO! I don't know what it is, but I would NEVER reset it if I didn't have to! I'm sure that has some deeper meaning to it, or something

Re: For those who wake up at a different time than DH/FH/etc....
i have to get a second alarm clock. I hate setting my alarm and have to wake him up, because he DOESN'T. so i have to try and get him u p every time the alarm goes off, and usually i can't go back to sleep until he is up, so i lose sleep. We have a dual alarm, but i still hate having to wake him up. If theres one on his side all i have to do is kick him, then he's on his own.

Will resets the alarm, but I think I am going to buy a wind-up clock for my side of the bed anyway......we seem to be having some electrical issues here & DH will wake up without an alarm, but I won't

I have a dual alarm on my side of the bed... but my FW uses her cellphone as her alarm clock. I prefer to have an alarm clock on each side of the bed so if my FW has to wake up earlier than I do... she doesn't have to reach over me to turn it off. Occasionally I can sleep right through her alarm which is nice.
