For those whose parents are paying for most/all of the wedding

For those whose parents are paying for most/all of the wedding

If either your parents or your FH's parents are paying for most, if not all, of the wedding, is there going to be an equal number of guests from both your side and his side invited? Or is one side having slightly more guests?

our many many (long story) parents are all contributing to the wedding. i never thought to count guests. everybody is giving what they can, we're paying for some as well. no one has mentioned number of guests really (besides me & my fh). we're pooling all the money & paying out of a big (well, not that big) wedding fund, not the traditional 'bride's father pays for this, grooms parents pay for that...' so it hasn't been an issue at all. however, i know for some people this causes quite a family feud.

My parents are paying for most of the wedding and we're taking care of the rest. As far as guests go, we both invited whomever we wanted to be there, with no restrictions. It just so happens that he has more guests than me.

My parents paid half...then we made up the rest...I never thought of counting, but my side had more (but probably even number invited...as he has family in Spain that couldn't come)

My dad is paying 3/4 for the reception and his dad 1/4. We are paying for the limos, flowers, photog, video, etc. We had almost exactly the same # on each side, but for me it was all one family, and since his parents are divorced, it was 1/4 moms side and friends, and 1/4 dads side and business associates.

My Mother and me and my FH are paying for everything. Even the Rehearsal Dinner. I havent given his mother an amount or anything yet, but if her inviting gets out of hand, i will ask her to pay for her extra guests,

My dad is paying for the wedding -he and my mom had put aside a sum of money for it years ago and basically he's letting me spend it how I want. As far as guests - we aren't counting but most likely there will be a bunch more on my side just due to the fact that I come from a big Italian family. FI only has 2 first cousins and doesn't really see many of his 2nd cousins but I have 10 first cousins and we do see a lot of the 2nd and 3rd cousins.

My parents are paying for the reception and shower and we are paying for the rest of the wedding expenses. My in-laws are not contributing to the wedding but they own another house and we are renting a really nice apartment from them for dirt cheap. They want to help us save money for a house so this was their way of contirbuting.
regarding the wedding even though my parents are paying most of the guests are from my fiance's side. He has a very big Italian family and I have a very, very small number of family members attending my wedding.
