I may be sounding redundant, but I tried those weight watchers chocolate muffin for breakfast this morning...it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!!! it was like WARM CHOCOLATE in my mouth!!! wow!!! i had it with some strawberries....what a treat!!

I usually have it with some OJ...around 8:30 am. Then...I have a banana around 11:00am to get me through till lunch.

no i don't think they ever do go on sale...and no they don't fill you up much. but you can always eat fruit with it, or because it's just SO DAMN GOOD!!!! you can save it as a naughty treat for those times at night when you're feeling like you just want to be badddddddddddd!
