for you girlies on WW

My mom joined a couple of months ago and has been comming home with amazing recipes for dinner but nothing for breakfast...

Until today! lol...
She had been pesterin me to try this recipe but honestly the combo freaked me out...until I tried it and i HAVE to pass it along...

Eggwhite omlet with Cheeses

So, two egg whites cook them like you would normally cook it... and then place a slice of white american cheese in the center... LEAVE it cooking open until the cheese has completely melted and the sides are brown. Slip it off of the pan and on to a plate. Then place 1/2 cup of light cottage cheese on top (I KNOW, WHAT? Cottage cheese?') and some grinded pepper

All I can say is WOW...

my boyfriends mother is on weight watchers (why, i dont know... she's a stick)... but anyway, she made us dinner the other night, and it was this AMAZING chicken rollup thing... do you happen to know if your mother has the recipe for that???

i feel weird asking her for it.

im gonna try and eat healthier... im not feeling well lately and i think it's because im not eating right, AT ALL. i dont eat A LOT, but what I do eat is not good for me.

I always have an egg white omlet. I love it with fat free feta cheese- that's super tasty!

I only eat whites. But youare right the FF Feta is good.
