My FH and I made an offer on a forclosure house and we have not heard anything for two weeks now. They said they would call when they made a decision. Does anyone have experience with this or know how long the banks take to choose an offer?
Where did you get a listing of forclosure homes - I was thinking about doing that - BUT I was scared....
you can obtain a list from town hall or look in the 'public notice' section in the newspaper.
do you think we could call a town hall and ask for a list? Who would we speak to or what dept would we ask for?
