Forest Hills

Does anyone know if I could park at the train station at Forest Hills and how much it is?

I think there is only street parking and that area is always packed. There are a few parking garages on Austin Street, but I'm not sure how much it costs. So basically, I'm no help at all! lol

There's garages you can park in. I work 2 blocks from the train and there's a garage under my building that if you get in there before 11am and are out before 9:30 its $12. Its on Queens Blvd between continental Ave & 71rd. HTH

Forest Hills is mostly street parking and metered street parking at that. Especially on the South side of Queens Blvd where Austin street is. You can try to find something on the North side of Queens Blvd, there is less metered parking there, but you'll have to circle. The streets in Forest Hills gardens are all private streets so while it looks like there's ample parking you need a permit to park there.

Your best best is putting it in a garage..there are a couple, but I don't know how packed they get.

There is a lot of street parking in Forest Hills. Pay attention to the parking signs because some streets you can only park on for certain hours, etc. There are also a few garages.
