So, when I tried on dresses I just used a regular bra. Hot pink!
Now I have my first fitting on Sunday. I have a white strapless bra...that should be fine, right? The back of my dress isn't low-cut, and I don't want them to sew cups in because I'm changing into another outfit later on and would rather just keep this bra on.
Help me. Puh-leez.

If the bra is comfortable and works with the dress, I don't see why not. If it turns out that you need a longline bra, you can usually buy one at the dress shop when you go for your fitting.
I tried a few different bras with my dress, but none really worked, so I just had them add cups to the dress.

longline bra is a bra that goes down to your waist - I have heard that they are not that comfy - I am wearing a bra. . . or maybe just cups - not 100% sure yet!
