Forgot to take a pill this morning.. consequences?
Taking a week off to go to LI for Xmas messed me up!
I always take my pill between 7-7:30 and forgot to this morning. Im debating whether I should go home during lunch to take it or if it can wait until 5:30?
I dont care about 'protection' as much as I am worried about prematurely starting my period. I am in the second week of pills.
Anyone have any advice?

I have missed pills plenty of times. Since you only missed one, you can take the one at 5:30 and then the other at 7:30.

I don't take my pill at the exact hour every day. It wont mess you up, as long as you take it sometime today.

It can wait until 5:30, don't worry. For me, I get so nauseous when I skip a pill, but that's usually if I take two together after forgetting for a full 24 hours! If you have time to take it at lunch that's ok too.. Missing less than 24 hours has never made me get it early! HTH!

i have the worst memory ever and ive missed it more than once - it can definitely wait til 5:30

usually I'll get cramps...and that's how i realized i forgot! my body reminds me...haha....just take it when you get home & then again regular time...

missing by a few hours is fine. i have missed a whole day before and had to take two at once without a problem. supposedly you can miss like two without having to worry about getting your period.
