Forgot to tell you girls yesterday....................

I got a new E-ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So there was a whole long story with my old ring (I can share if anyone really wants) but basically I wasnt happy with it which was my own fault because FH and I picked it 'together.' It had really been bugging me though and I was kinda upset whenever I looked at it

So, we went out shopping just to get ideas of what type of ring I would actually want, FH picked one out for me to try, and I LOVED it. And I loved that he picked it. So even though we werent planning on buying yet, we went for it!!! They are setting my original stone (its an opal that we picked out together) into this new setting so no pics yet but I should have it in about a week.

I am so excited and happy and glad we could get this done before the wedding, so of course I had to tell you all. I'll post pics when I get it but if I'm remembering it correctly it looks sorta kind of like this but with an opal in the center

Thanks everyone!!! I cant wait to have it on finger. It feels naked for now. I thought of another ring I could wear until this one comes in but FH didnt like that idea

(hint: it looks suspiciously like a wedding band....ugh, I cant wait to wear that one )

woot woot! another girl with a colored stone! I'm trying to get FH to change my diamond, you know the one I have in a baggie hidden away in the dark recesses of my bedroom, to a asscher cut purple sapphire. he hates the idea :(

and dont feel bad about changing your ring. i've had nightmare after nightmare w mine and still haven't fixed it. at this point i'm like babe, can I have a 5k wedding band and screw the e ring? i mean, we save money that way right?
