Formal Dress Tailor

I am in need of a tailor to do some very minor work on a black tie dress I bought for a wedding Memorial Day wkend. It is a $$$ dress so I really want someone good. Just need a bustle for a small tail on the dress and that's it.

Any suggestions ? Preferably in Astoria or nearby or in New Hyde Park or nearby. Thanks.
