Any advice for setting up the labels (for my save the dates). I am working in Excel. How do you create a separate column, when you are adding a guest, or spouse with different last name, etc.
Thanks!

Which labels are you using? I have the Avery 5663 2x4 labels and have a word document that is formatted precisely to print in them.
I'd be happy to send you that document if you want.
Sorry I can't help as far as formatting in excel goes.

I got mine on amazon.com but actually haven't used them for anything yet. I think I'm going to use them for my shower invitations.
Come to think of it, I think tonight I'll type those up. Even though it's already way too late... oops.
Once you pick your labels, we'll be happy to help you figure out the formatting. I'd use word, though, instead of excel just because it's a lot easier to format and move things around. I don't know how many you're doing, though, so maybe that's not practical.

Re: Formatting Labels
You're best bet is to buy a standard size label and set up a mail merge, I typed my guest list into Excel, then went into Word and did a merge using the document that I set up in excel. I used the same list for my STD's, sent it in for my invites, copy and pasted just the names/addresses that my sister needed for my shower invites and I'll use it for RD invites and thank yous, so once you set it up you will have MANY uses for it. It's really easy to do the mail merge, probably takes about 3 minutes. If you need any help feel free to FM me and I'll be happy to even walk you thru it on the phone. HTH. Good luck!
