When did you go in to discuss the menus and things? Did you call them to make the appointment or did they call you?

I remember them calling me -- i remember it being when you had to give them the final count ...

They sent me a letter about a month and a half in advance to call them to make an appt to come in. I went 2 and half weeks prior to the wedding to talk to about the wedding. Then the same week of the wedding to drop off everything including payment.
