Former RH not giving dep back...

Hello Guys,
I need some help. I dont know if anyone noticed but I've tried to see if anyone who is interested in booking Douglaston Manor to let me know so that we can swap deposits. (I had put a deposit down at DM and in a month had to change my RH due to some family issues.) Now I really dont know what to do or what actions to take.

Can any help me with some suggestions? Thanks...

Is that in Suffolk County? I believe there is a law in Suffolk that they are only allowed to keep a certain amount of money out of your deposit...

its not suffolk, douglaston is on the border of queens and long island but nassau obviously
