Re: Fortunoff CLOSING???
It's not closing. It was bought out by Lord & Taylor. I have my registry there and have had no problems other then they just redid their website and its showing some things as special order on the website but when you go to the store and print out the registry its not special order. They said they are still working out the kinks with the new website and its def. gotten better over the past couple of weeks, at least for the stuff I registered for. But thats just my opinion. I know a lot of brides on here seem to be having not as good of an experience as I have so far. Maybe I' just got lucky

Hmm, I got my engagement ring there. I guess I should find out if Lord & Taylor is going to honor the lifetime warranty.

Re: Fortunoff CLOSING???
I know someone that works at fortunoff and she said that the owners of lord and taylor are taking them over and keeping the name fortunoff. she said that there goal is to get a higher quality of merchandise! She had a big meeting today with fortunoff and lord and taylor! Hope that helps sort out the confusion!

I don't know, I couldn't deal so moved my registry to Bloomingdale's.
