for anyone registered at fortunoffs, did you tell them you were referred by another fortunoff bride when you signed up? i had a card that said if a friend referred you then you and the friend get a $50 gift card.
i was just wondering if anyone else did this and if you ever got the gift card. the first purchase was just made on my registry so i was wondering how long it would take to get the gift cards. thanks!

I didn't do the referral thing.....but at the LIW extravaganza in September I signed up to register at the Fortunoff's booth and they gave me a $50 gift card!! It wasn't activated though until I actually went into the store and added items to my registry.....did they tell you that you had to wait to get the gift card?

all the requirements were that your registry had to be over a certain amount and that you wouldn't get the card until the first purchase was made from the registry. i was just wondering since i signed up in july and the first purchase wasnt made until now, if they would still honor the promotion.

did you sign up for the dream card? I did....can't beat 5% back on purchases made from your registry!!

i think theyre doing the promo again because i got the same card in the mail a few weeks ago. tell your friend to mention you and you get the gift card too

the dream card is their store credit card, the bride or groom signs up for it and you earn 5% back on purchases- including whatever people purchase from your registry, and no they don't have to use a Fortunoff card for it to qualify (I asked them). So, for every $1000 purchased off of your registry you would get a gift card for $50.
I got my gift card a few months ago...YOu should receive it after someone buys something off your registry

it usually takes a while to get in the mail but if you go there and tell them that items were purchased and you haven't received it yet, they will give it to you then. i did that last week.
