Fortunoff registry down?

Fortunoff registry down?

FH just emailed them and said that our registry has been down for 3 days!?!?!?!?!?! Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine is still up. Nothing is on it anymore, but it's still up.

lol..i called them the other day bc all of my stuff is on backorder and the woman told me this was the first time she is hearing of it!

i told her she was crazy

i deleted most of my stuff also

There was a customer service person from Fortunoff's that posted with her information and offered to help any brides who needed it- try contacting her- I worked with someone else in the Registry department & they were very helpful:

Thanks. I dont know what he's talking about...I just tried accesing it from work and I was able to.

Maybe alot of people have been trying to get onto the site lately and thats why sometimes you cant get through (too many ppl).

LOL is she serious?? thats BS...after hearing all these bad things about fortunoff I decided to call them. The lady said since they are merging with lord & taylor and linen & things a lot of items have been back ordered and/or discontinued. She said they are trying their best to fix it and it should be resolved very shortly. I told her I plan on registering in May and she said things should be perfectly fine by then, but I am still doubtful
