I bought a few items quite a few months ago, put it away with all our apartment stuff for when we needed it and I changed my mind on a few items and want to return them for a store credit.
I have the original receipt but it says only returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase? Even with a receipt? I want store credit or the ability toe exchange because I want to buy things we didn't get off our registry. Did anyone have any experiences with this?

I had a problem exchanging a piece of my china that came broken. It was literally 3 days after the 90 days was up. They finally allowed me to exchange it, but they gave me a hard time doing so.

That stinks! Everything is still in it's packaging but it's definitely over the time period. I'll just take it there and see what happens.

i returned stuff over 6 months after my wedding, that someone had bought for my engagement gift and was now discontinued - just ask for a manger they will take it back
