forum mail

what IS forum mail? i read people referencing it all the time but i have no idea what it is. is THIS forum mail? (sorry if this is a totally dumb question!)

Forum mail is the 'mailbox' listed above. It lets you send messages to a single person (similarly to email) which are viewed through the mailbox. I'll send you one as a test!

thanks so much! it's now crystal clear (and i'm SURE this has benfitted someone else besides myself - i cant be the only one of the 'group' who was confused - or maybe i was)
