Found a place for Rehearsal Dinner... Has any heard of...

Venezia in Smithtown on Middle Country Road? Great menu, you get a private room upstairs, and good prices? I first checked them out on a Restaurant review page, and they got all 5 stars, so I called and they were available for Aug. 30th. What do you think?

Another suggestion

Last time I was up on LI I went to H2O in Smithtown. It was very nice. They also have a private room. The food was excellent. Not sure about private party prices though. I forgot which road it's on, someone else here might know.

We have quite a few work functions there. I don't care for the food, but everyone else seems to like it. I'm extremely fussy and critical about Italian food though, having grown up in a very Italian family, so don't necessarily go by what I say. Go there and sample the food... that's the best way to decide. Good luck!
