Okay last week I posted that I went to Bridal Reflections and tried on 4 dresses that were maybes. Well today we went to RK Bridal and I was actually hesitant about going. I had heard it was a factory and not your typical bridal place but it was near my job I figured I should check it out. Well it was great! You get to look around the store yourself and it wasn't that difficult looking at the dresses through the plastic. I had the sweetest and best girl helping me, Jo, she actually picked out my dress. I would never have picked it out!! Let me just start by saying I was aganist lace and tulle and thought I wanted a ballgown before I started shopping so it's so funny that I fell in love with this dress! Jo told me we just got this dress in and she was right the ribbon was still wrapped in the plastic for the corset. My family loved it, my sister said that's the dress and my mom even teared up, and trust me I was not expecting that from these crazy italians lol. It's a new Maggie Soterro called Ivandra. It's a little on the higher end at $1998.00. It fit so well on me and accented my body in just the right ways. I also fell in love with the veil that she picked out, it was a cathedral veil with lace along the sides. I'm so excited! I don't have pictures except for the website but I don't know how to post pictures. Can anybody help to post them??
i'm a little upset. I had emailed 3 out of 4 of my bridesmaids the picture of my dress and one bridesmaid didn't respond. I texted my friend and told her I dont think so and so likes my dress and she said she doesnt and she told her dont just not respond to the email just be honest, which i would have preferred better. I dont expect everybody to like it. She got married last year and had a kenneth pool dress and spent 5000 on it and I didn't like it. I thought it was too plain for my taste but I didn't not like it all. My gf said it's just not her style she's more simple. I dont know why this bothers me! I have PMS!! lol
