Found my dress but......

Hi- I have fallen in love with a dress but I'm not sure what to do about the color. I tried on an off white gown and never thought I'd like an off white. It does happen to look good with my skin tone but I always wanted white. I hate not being able to see the dress in white. I'm going to get the spray tan for the wedding(did it and loved it!). White might not wash me out then. What does everyone think? Pros and cons of both colors? I'm trying to stay traditional so that's why I'm leaning towards the white.

I don't think off-white is non-traditional. In fact, I have a silk dress that is 'pure' white, and it's actually almost an ivory. My grandmother wore off-white 55 years ago, so I think it's fine Now, if YOU don't think it's fine, then I wouldn't get it, but if it looks better with your skin tone, just go for it!

I'm a traditional 'WHITE' wedding dress girl but if you find a dress in ivory and you love it then go for that. It doesn't say anywhere that you HAVE to wear a white wedding gown. I tried mine on in off white and I told the lady I wanted white. She was able to show me another dress in white just not mine. Check it out! GL
